Assembly Bill 357 was voted down yesterday in a 5 to 1 vote. Every Democrat voted NO with the lone Republican member voting in the affirmative. Support and Opposition was as follows:

AB357 was voted down yesterday in a 5 to 1 vote. Every Democrat voted NO with the lone Republican member voting in the affirmative.  The bill was approved to be looked at again in the future but for now, the bill is dead.
